The Car Assembly Team Leader is, in addition to all the normal tasks as a car assembly plant operator, also responsible for leading the team and the performance of the team according to QDFIPS targets (Quality, Delivery, Financial, Improvement, People, Sustainability. ). Drive and support all activities under the Lean production principles and VCMS (Volvo Cars Manufacturing System). Ensure the completion of the team s tasks with good quality delivered in time.
负责生产班组的管理工作，对生产班组的安全，员工发展，质量、响应、成本五项指标的达到负责；在以精益原则为基础的氛围内配合和支持工段各项活动；保证质量的完成公司下达的生产任务。
•Ensure the implementation of relevant health and safety regulations, create and maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
确保公司有关职业安全健康等规章制度、政策在本辖区的贯彻及有效运行，在班组区域内创造、维持安全健康的工作环境。
•Ensure the implementation of standardized work in the team and master the team s OIS/WES.
确保班组区域内各项标准化工作的有效贯彻执行，并掌握班组长OIS/WES标准化操作。
•Complete the daily administration of the team, ensure the quick response for Andon system.
完成班组区域内的日常管理和指导工作；保证ANDON系统的及时响应。
•Assess and train team members, ensure that team members follow the working standards and regulations.
对班组员工进行上岗培训与考核，确保班组员工按正确的标准工作，了解各项规章制度并严格遵守，并做好上下级沟通纽带。
•Be responsible for the target management and performance evaluation of the team members and support the team 负责班组员工的目标管理与绩效评估，协助员工不断改进提高绩效。
•Ensure that the production team works efficient, support Supervisor to control cost and reduce waste.
确保班组生产的顺利；协助主管做本区域的成本控制与降低工作。
•Assist the Supervisor in the work with continuous improvements。
协助主管完成工段现场改善工作。
•Lead the First Line Analysis within the team.
牵头完成质量问题的一线4M分析。
•Assure that the Andon principle is followed strictly within the team.
为确保团队严格执行Andon原则。
任职要求;
•College school education or above
大专学历及以上
•Major in Automotive, Machinery or other related areas.
汽车、机械等相关专业.
•2 years site operation experience as team leader or equivalent is preferred.
具有2年或以上的生产现场操作经验优先
•Qualified for doing all jobs in the production team on time and with the right quality, can instruct, coach and evaluate the team members.
能胜任组内所有岗位的标准化操作，并能培训和指导组员.
•Ability to create and improve OIS/WES and other related documents.
能编制OIS/WES，并能指导员工编写。
•Basic organizational skills and good understanding of team concept.
有一定的组织协调能力。
•Good communication and people skills.
具备良好的沟通技巧
•Good knowledge and experience in basic problem solving methodology (5 x Why, Ishikawa diagram, DMAIC etc.
掌握常用的质量、问题解决、PDCA、现场改善等GMS管理工具。
•Strong team player.
具备良好的团队合作精神
•Basic computer skills
掌握基本的汽车装配知识和计算机操作
其他：
2017届应届毕业生优先考虑；有生产操作经验优先考虑；能接受加班和倒班（目前工厂每天工作8-11小时；两班倒，今后可能会三班倒）
